We have been transforming body, mind, and spirit for nearly a
decade. Our experienced instructors, unique fitness programming
and wide variety of fitness equipment are only a few of the things
that make the Faribault Group Exercise program so unique.
Our spacious Group X room and comfortable atmosphere makes
getting fit a truly inspiring adventure for both women and men.
Our classes are for beginners, intermediate or more the
advanced fitness enthusiasts alike!
We offer a wide range of group classes, all skillfully
designed and led, that target your unique needs. You will not
be lost in a crowd. Our class sizes are limited and offered
frequently, enabling our trainers to spend the time necessary
to maximize results. New classes are being offered all the time.
